The 1850 Census of Warren Co., Mississippi shows Robert B. Scott, age 33, b. Va.; Louisa, age 24, b. Ms.; Susan V., age 5, b. Ms.; Edward, age 3, b. Ms.; and Robert, age 7 mo., b. Ms.

Robert married ¹ (1) Louise Irene Walcott daughter of Esek Dexter Walcott and Charlotte White on 31 Jan 1844 in Warren Co., Mississippi. Louise was born ² on 7 Feb 1826 in Walnut Hills, Mississippi. She died on 27 Jun 1855.

They had the following children:

1587. Mary Jane Rebecca Scott ¹ (Edward Scott , Rebekah Pegram , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born ^{2, 3, 4, 5} on 9 Jul 1820 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. She died after 1880 in prob. Vicksburg, Warren Co., Mississippi.

In 1870 she was living in the home of R. S. Buck, an attorney, in Vicksburg, Mississippi who had married her oldest daughter, Juliana.

Mary married ¹ (1) Thomas Crawford Randolph son of Edward Randolph and Margaret Turnbull on 19 Jan 1836 in Warren Co., Mississippi. Thomas died before 1846.

Mary married ¹ (2) Joseph P. Hawks on 11 May 1846 in Warren Co., Mississippi. Joseph was born ^{2, 3} in 1815 in Virginia.

His occupation is shown as "Clerk" on the 1850 census of Vicksburg, Mississippi.

They had the following children:

	4969	M	ii	Edward Scott Hawks was born 1, 2 in 1848 in Mississippi. Died without issue. Another family source gave the birth place as Parkersburg, West Virginia. The 1850 census gives the birth place as Mississippi.
				Edward married Lillian Sharp. She was from St. Louis, Missouri.
	4970	F	iii	Sarah Pegram Hawks was born 1, 2 in 1850. She died in 1868.
	4971	M	iv	Thomas Hardaway Hawks was born 1, 2 in 1853 in Mississippi. At the time of the 1880 Census, he was living in the same home with his brother, Joseph, in Petersburg, West Virginia. He was working as a bookkeeper.
	4972	M	v	Joseph Patterson Hawks was born 1, 2 about 1856 in Vicksburg, Warren Co., Mississippi. He died in Parkersburg, Wood Co., West Virginia. According to the 1880 Census, he was born in Mississippi. According to the 1880 Census he was working as a traveling salesman.
				Joseph married Minnie Gwaltney in 1893.
	4973	F	vi	Susan Hardaway Hawks was born 1 in 1859 in Vicksburg, Warren Co., Mississippi. Died in infancy.

1589. Thomas Frederick Scott ^{1, 2} (Francis Scott , Rebekah Pegram , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born about 1811 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia.

Thomas married Martha Bass ^{1, 2}. Martha was born about 1820 in Brunswick Co., Virginia.

Charles married Julietta C. ^{1, 2}. Julietta was born ³ about 1810 in Petersburg, Independant City, Virginia.

Martha married ³ Allen Fenn ^{1, 2} on 3 Aug 1836 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. Allen was born about 1790 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. He died before 1860.

He is listed as a Private in the 39th Regiment of Virginia Militia during the War of 1812.

				Caldonia married Lemuel S. Mingea 1 son of John W Mingea and Unknown before 1860. Lemuel was born 2 about 1833 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. In 1860, the couple were living with Caldonia's mother, Martha Fenn. The 1860 shows Lemuel was employed as a sadler.

1596. Theophilus Hunter Scott ^{1, 2} (Thomas G. Scott , Rebekah Pegram , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born ³ on 20 May 1819 in Raleigh, Wake Co., North Carolina.

Theophilus is not found on the 1860 Census but in 1870, he is found in Nash Co., living with the family of R. B. Griffin while Mary and her daughter Mary Laura Scott are living with her brother and her mother. One Census gives his occupation as physician but a later census says he is a dentist.

Theophilus married Mary Emerson Battle ¹ daughter of Lawrence Battle and Martha Arrington on 8 May 1845 in Nashville, Nash Co., North Carolina. Mary was born ^{2, 3, 4, 5, 6} about 1824 in Nash Co., North Carolina.

They had the following children:

1597. Ann Elizabeth Scott ¹ (William Baker Scott , Rebekah Pegram , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born ^{2, 3} on 23 Aug 1823 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. She died in 1890.

Ann married ⁴ James Poythress Boisseau ^{1, 2, 3} son of James Holt Boisseau and Martha Poythress Vaughan on 3 May 1842. James was born ⁵ on 21 Apr 1818 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. He died on 14 Aug 1892.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1839. Lee Jacobsen, a descendant of Dr. James Poythress Boisseau, has his original diploma. Their home was "Mount Liberty" in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia.

His obituary from "The Times-Dispatch", Richmond, Va., Thurs., Aug. 18, 1892 issue, p. 2 and transcribed by Beth Bond reads as follows:

PETERSBURG, VA., August 17.-Dr. James Boisseau, one of the oldest and most prominent citizens of Dinwiddie county, died a day or two(ago) at his home, near the Courthouse. He was about 80 years of age, and had successfully practiced his professon for a great many years, and up to a recent period, when the infirmities of age forced him to retire from active exertion. He belonged to a family noted in the annals of the county.

John married (2) Mary Ann Pleasants Baird daughter of Nathaniel Harrison Baird and Ann Pleasants Atkinson on 14 Nov 1876. Mary was born in 1843 in North Carolina.
