Bill, as he was know to his family and friends, was a friend to all, and always ready to help others. The best portion of his life are his little namless unremembered acts of kindness and of love. Bill accepted Christ at The First Baptist Church at Crawford when he was 17 years old. His mother preceded him in death. He leaves to mourn his passing, his father F.G. Swartwood of Sayre; three sisters, Mrs. Luther Hughes of Sayre; Mrs. Gilbert Anderson of Nampa, Idaho; and Mrs. Ruth Ladd of Fresno, California; four brothers, Edgar of Wichita Falls, Texas; Everett of Cheyenne; Haskell of Sayre; and Glen of Oklahoma City; and his wife, Naomi, who faithfully attended him through the years of his illness; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was laid to rest in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, September 20, 1961 with Scroggins Funeraal Home in charge. Services were conducted at the Methodist church in Cheyenne with Bro. Lloyd Marin and Bro. Clayton Hughes in charge. Cheyenne Star, Cheyenne, Ok

Emma was born on March 26, 1890 in Praireton, Indiana and passed away in the Cheyenne Memorial Hospital, November 11, 1988 at the age of 98 years,7 months and 15 days.
Emma was the wife of the late Marion Edward Bauman and daughter of the late Tulley and Millie Malone.
She was married to Marion Edward Bauman May 12, 1912, who preceded her in death on January 15, 1950.
To this union were born two daughters: Edrae and Gertrude. Gertrude preceded Emma in death on June 2, 1973. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Cleveland, OK. Emma was the kind of friends that other sought to find,
she extended her hand to everyone. She greeted the world with a smile and gave petty woes and sadness no portion of her day. She never talked at legnth about herself but listened well to others.
In times of crisis she would take compassion, hope and courage and kept them at her side.
She found beauty in the simple things and made each day a lovely page in life's delightful book.
Emma donated an organ to the Cheyenne Methodist Church in loving memory of her late husband in 1951.
Emma survivors include: 1 daughter Edrae Berry of Cheyenne, 2 sisters,Agnes Saunders, of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and Juanita Lacey of Denver,Colorado. 3 grandchildren; Joan Harrison, Cheyenne, OK. Yvonne Cobb, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Melton Morris of Gainexville, Fla. 7 great grandchildren
and 1 great great grandchild, and a host o nieces and nephews, and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, November 13, 1988 at 2:30 p.m. at the Cheyenne United Methodist Church with Mark Smith officiating. Burial was in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma underthe direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service of Cheyenne.
Active pallbearers were Glen Tracy, Jerry Swartwood, Norman Cobb, Sam Cobb, Gary Kirk and Mac Taylor.
Honorary pallbearers were, Joe Berry, Matt Sooter, Lester Pierce, Collier Tracy, Donovan Wesner, Gene Estes, and B.M. Ballenger.

Burial was held at the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral service of Cheyenne. Edrae L. Berry was born March 27, 1914 in Cheyenne to Emma E. and Marion Edward Bauman and died Saturday in Cheyenne at the age of 87. Edrae attended school at Cheyenne and married Bryan Berry at Cheyenne on March 28, 1933. They lived east of Reydon where they farmed and ranched until 1978 when they moved to Cheyenne to make their home. She was a member of the Cheyenne United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister, Gertrude Morris. Survivors include her two daughters, Yvonne Cobb and jusband Norman of Oklahoma City, OK, Joann Harrison and husband Bill of Cheyenne, OK; one sister-in-law, Ruby Douglas and husband Claude of Lawton, OK; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
				Edrae married 1 Bryan Berry on 28 Mar 1933 in Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Bryan was born 2, 3 on 16 Mar 1912 in Red Moon, , Oklahoma. He died 4 on 29 Jun 1993 in Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. He was buried 5 in Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. Bryan Berry was born March 16, 1912 in Red Moon, OK to Hattie Belle and Samuel Thomas Berry and died June 29, 1993 in the Roger Mills Memorial Hospital at the age of 81. Bryan was reared in the Red Moon Community and attended school at Midway. He married Edrae Bauman on March 28, 1933 in Cheyenne, OK. They lived west of Cheyenne where Byran farmed and ranched before moving to Cheyenne in 1978 to make their home. He was a member of the Cheyenne United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Services will be 10:30 a.m, Friday, at the Cheyenne United Methodist church officiated by Jay Tatum. Interment will be in the Cheyenne Cemetery, Cheyenne, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
